- Technical check with moisture meterband 48 hrs water pond test
- Upto 10 years* warranty on waterproofing
- Plumbing
- Use of branded noise insulation pipe systems
- 24 hrs pressure test to ensure leak-proof system
- Minimum joints to ensure least pressure drop
- Warning : Poor plumbing can lead to intenal leakage and low water pressure, hampering the overall bathroom experience, not to mention fungus, due to stagnation of water.

- Multiple level of electrical connection checks conducted
- Connections done keeping in mind future wiring provision
- Warning : A wrong or loose electrical connection can cause a short circuit and damage fuse connections. This can further damage equipment used inside the bathroom.
